The cottage is a modern two bedroomed property sleeping 4/5 plus a cot, situated 250m from the beach on the beautiful south west coast of the Isle of Wight in an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty" with superb sea views. It is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Brighstone and only a short walk across scenic footpaths to local post office, pubs and shops

You will find it extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean with personal attention to detail for our guests, including milk in the fridge and a generous "welcome basket" of local produce on arrival. As well as all the modern facilities you would expect, there is also a selection of CDs, DVDs, books, games, maps, tourist information and recommendations, and guide books to local attractions. There is a private patio with BBQ, children’s beach toys and outdoor games equipment for your use, a small balcony off the main bedroom and communal gardens to the front and rear.

Seabreeze, a "home from home"

A cot, high chair, stair gates and a selection of children's toys are all available on request and are included in the price. The all electric heating along with bed linen, towels and tea-towels are also all included in the rental price, so there are no hidden extras.

Round the Island Race from Seabreeze

The cottage is close to the beach and coastal path, and adjacent to other local footpaths and the panoramic Military Road, which follows the coast from Blackgang Chine to Freshwater Bay. This part of the Island is totally unspoilt, with beautiful coastal and downland scenery, attractive to walkers, golfers, cyclists, fossil hunters, surfers and extreme sports enthusiasts. It is also wonderful for families wanting a traditional, "get away from it all" seaside holiday, having miles of sandy beaches with rockpools and safe swimming. Although it has a feeling of remoteness the cottage is half a mile from the attractive village of Brighstone, with local amenities, and seven miles from the county town of Newport, which has a wide range of shops and facilities.

For guests arriving as foot passengers, we offer a free ferry pick-up.
